Gideon-Kevin won 21-15, 21-17 in 35 minutes to set up an all-Indonesia men's doubles final.
Seventh seeds Angga Pratama-Ricky Karanda Suwardi defeated fifth seeds Ko Sung-hyun-Shin Baek-cheol 21-18, 6-21, 21-19 in the other semi-final.
The Malaysian will now switch their focus to the Celcom-Axiata Malaysia Open Premier Series which begins at the Malawati Stadium in Shah Alam on Tuesday.
